General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kku9 platform and its associated services. By creating an account on kku9, using the services, or accessing the website, you expressly declare that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

Eligibility and Age Requirements
The kku9 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

- You are accessing through an active and valid personal account.

Under-21 Prohibition: Use of this platform by minors is strictly forbidden. If anyone operates an account on behalf of a minor or grants them access, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
When creating an account on kku9, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being cancelled at any time.
3.2 One Account Policy
Only one kku9 account is permitted per person. If the same individual operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be cancelled.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure security and prevent fraud, kku9 may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:
- National Identity Card (NID) or a copy of passport
- Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
- Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad or Rocket account screenshot)
If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.
3.4 Password and Login Security
It is your own responsibility to keep your kku9 login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Customer Support immediately. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into kku9: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method)
- The deposit account must be registered in the name of the registered user
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
- The maximum deposit amount is determined according to the individual account tier
4.2 Withdrawal
The following terms apply for successfully withdrawing winnings:

- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5-30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made via the original deposit method
- Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering is pending

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on kku9 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following terms apply for using this bonus:
- To receive the bonus, the first deposit after registration must be at least ৳200.
- The total bonus amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered at least 15 times (15x).
- Winnings associated with the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
- The contribution rate of individual games may vary when using a bonus.
5.2 VIP Cashback Program
Loyal members of kku9 will receive weekly cashback according to their VIP tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity on the platform and gaming history.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
If any misuse or manipulation related to bonuses is detected (arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, bonus hunting), the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.
Special Note: kku9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer. The specific terms of each promotion will be published on the relevant offer page.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Cricket Betting
Cricket betting on kku9 is available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international matches. Betting rules:
- Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed.
- If a match is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.
- In live betting, odds change in real time; do not place a bet before confirming.
- Participation in sports manipulation is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Casino Games
For participation in kku9 casino games:
- All games are operated by third-party game provider software.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be returned.
- kku9 does not take responsibility for any incomplete game caused by network issues.
- If suspicious activity is detected, game results will be reviewed.
- The game provider's system log will be considered the final evidence.
6.3 Result Disputes
If there is a dispute over the result of any game or bet, the support team must be notified within 48 hours. kku9's decision will be considered final. kku9 retains all game logs and will review them if necessary.

- Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems
- Using bots, auto-clickers or other automated tools
- Participating in money laundering or illegal transactions
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account

- Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards staff
Expected Behaviour
- Operating your account with genuine personal information
- Respecting all rules and regulations of the platform

Account Suspension & Closure
kku9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Creating an account using a false identity or fake documents.
- Operating multiple accounts or logging into multiple accounts from the same device.
- Abuse of the bonus system or fraudulent activity.
- Unusual patterns in financial transactions or suspicion of money laundering.
- Instructions from a court, investigative agency, or regulatory authority.
- Self-exclusion at the user's own request or for responsible gaming reasons.
Funds upon account closure: If legitimately earned funds are present at the time of account closure and no rule violation has been proven, the matter of returning those funds will be reviewed. In cases of fraud, all funds may be forfeited.
